The house is in the Southern Island Province of Phuket, Thailand. Located in the small town of Kathu just outside of Phuket over looking Loch Palm Golf Course.
The house is two story with five 12'x12' bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each room is outfited with fans, telephone and TV cable. The house is fully furnished right down to the sheets on beds to plates in the cubards. Two kithchens, one upstairs and one downstairs. Two TV's with DVD players up and down. Take your laptop out on the upstairs patio or use the computer room complete with computer and a DSL internet conection.
Two 110 motorcycles are included sence 70% of the people ride the same motorcycle for everyday use.
Also included is Yai Pan, your maid/housekeeper/translator and an excellent Thai food cook. If there is something you want...simply ask Yai Pan.
Within 5 to 15 minutes there are two golf courses, many scuba dive shops, many beaches along with an urbel sauna and Thai Massage with pool, Bangkok Phuket Hospital (one of the best), great shopping at Lotus Tesco, Big C or the BIG mall Central Plaza as well as the local Thai Market. You can go to the go cart track, quad track, bungee jumping and of course Golfing. Just 15 minutes over the hill from the famous Patong Beach which is a nice large beach with parasailing, hobbie cats, jet skis and all the nightlife you want.
